As a prenatal and paediatric dietician-nutritionist, a health professional trained in breastfeeding and the mother of a little boy (far from eating only vegetables!), I particularly cherish the perinatal and early childhood periods.

My credo: to deconstruct preconceived ideas about food and to provide elements based on scientific evidence while respecting everyone’s choices.

Feed good® was born out of my desire to simplify the day-to-day approach to food and nutrition by bringing it back to what it really is: beneficial, intuitive, personal, far from trends, influences and beliefs. All this with a good dose of good mood!

My practice is based above all on you, respecting your wishes and beliefs. My role is to inform you, to offer you a nutritional follow-up without judgement, in a benevolent and respectful way.
